Hirecast (“Service”) is operated by FifthNexus LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
Account information: Your name, email address, and billing address. Provided during signup.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full card details on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Telegram bot token: The API token for your Telegram bot, which you provide during onboarding. Stored on our servers to connect your agent.
Conversation history: Messages between you (or your end-users) and your OpenClaw agent. Stored as session logs in your agent’s workspace on our servers.
Workspace files: Any files, skills, or configuration within your agent’s workspace.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Service
- To process your subscription payments
- To deliver AI responses through your agent
- To troubleshoot technical issues when you contact support
- To send you essential service communications (billing, outages, term changes)
We do not:
- Sell your data to anyone
- Use your conversations to train AI models
- Send you marketing emails (unless you opt in)
- Share your data with advertisers
Third-Party Processing
Your conversations are processed by AI models to generate responses. These models may be third-party, open-source, or proprietary to Hirecast. We do not disclose which specific models or providers we use, as this may change at any time. Third-party providers may have their own data retention and privacy policies.
We select providers that offer commercial API terms. We do not send your name, email, or billing information to AI providers — only conversation content necessary to generate a response.
Data Isolation
Each customer’s agent runs in an isolated environment. Your conversations, workspace, and configuration are separated from other customers. Other customers’ agents cannot access your data.
Data Storage
Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, isolated environments, and access controls.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days.
- You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@gethirecast.com.
- Backup copies may persist in our infrastructure for up to 30 additional days before being purged.
Cookies
Our website (gethirecast.ai) does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not use analytics tools on our landing page.
Children
Hirecast is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of your data by emailing support@gethirecast.com
- Request deletion of your data
- Cancel your subscription
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have additional rights under GDPR. Contact us at support@gethirecast.com to exercise them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
